Who we are

NappyCash is a curation and referral platform that helps single mums and growing families find vetted money, family and shopping offers. "NappyCash", "we", "us" and "our" refer to NappyCash and its affiliates.

What we collect

• Email address when you sign up, join a waitlist, contact us or apply as a partner.
• Quiz answers (country, household size, credit posture, urgency) when you use the matcher. Quiz answers are processed in your browser and are not stored against your identity unless you create an account.
• Click and page events (which offer slug you click, the page you came from, your user agent) to measure how the platform performs.
• Partner application details when you apply on the Partners page.

What we don't collect

• We do not collect your Social Security number, bank account number or full credit card.
• We do not run credit checks. Some partners may, on their own site, only if you choose to apply.
• We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

How we use it

• To match you with the most relevant offers.
• To reply to support and partnership messages.
• To measure aggregate platform performance and improve the product.
• To send transactional and product update emails when you opt in.

Who we share it with

We share limited information with vetted service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery). These providers process data only on our instructions and under contract. When you click an offer, you leave NappyCash for the partner's site, the partner's own privacy policy then applies.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time, including under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California) and equivalent laws. Email us via the contact page and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary and analytics cookies. We do not use advertising trackers across the broader web. Disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer.

Children

NappyCash is for adults responsible for households. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We'll post any material changes here and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of NappyCash after a change means you accept the revised policy.
